After few years in a job, we tend to become complacent and stop learning. We start repeating our selves and soon the enthusisam that is often seen in a new comer ar a young entrant vanishes.That is the time when learning stops and we stop growing. That's precisely the point when we can challenge ourself through strategic learning. Strategic learning involves setting new horizons and innovative goals in front of us.
